Ingredients
50ml Caorunn Gin
25ml Drambuie
5ml Brancamenta
12.5ml Lemon juice
Top Scottish Ale
Dash Angostura bitters
Garnish
Fresh mint
Lemon wheel
Method
1) Shake the Gin, Drambuie and lemon with ice
2) Pour into highball glass and top with Ale and Bitters
3) Garnish with some mint and a Lemon wheel
