Ingredients

  •  50ml Caorunn Gin

  • 25ml Drambuie

  • 5ml Brancamenta

  • 12.5ml Lemon juice

  • Top Scottish Ale

  • Dash Angostura bitters

Garnish

  • Fresh mint

  • Lemon wheel

Method

1) Shake the Gin, Drambuie and lemon with ice

2) Pour into highball glass and top with Ale and Bitters

3) Garnish with some mint and a Lemon wheel
